Ingredients

  • 300 g silken tofu
  • 1 banana
  • 50 g oat flakes or spelt flour
  • 4 tablespoons buckwheat seeds
  • 1 teaspoon cream of tartar baking powder
  • 1 tbsp choco:MAGIC (optional)
  • 2-3 tablespoons date:SUGAR
  • Topping: maple syrup, fresh fruit

Here's how it's done:

  1. Peel the banana and mix it with all other ingredients in a blender until you get a creamy dough.
  2. Fry in a non-stick pan without fat for 2 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  3. Serve with toppings as desired and enjoy.
