Ingredients
- 40 g noble: COCOA POWDER fine (deoiled)
- 50 g fine:COCOA BEANS (ground)
- 125 g of noble:COCOA BUTTER
- 2 tbsp vegan-redbeet:PROTEIN
- 4 tablespoons date:SUGAR
- 2-3 tablespoons maple syrup (optional)
Here's how it's done:
- Melt the cocoa butter over a water bath.
- Mix all dry ingredients.
- Stir the liquid cocoa butter and syrup into the powder mixture until smooth (with a wooden spoon)
- Place two sheets of baking paper on top and spread the chocolate quickly and thinly on top and immediately sprinkle with coconut chips.
- Leave to cool for about 10 minutes and the chocolate will be solid and can be enjoyed as a tender melt.
