Ingredients for approx. 8 pieces
For the brownies:
- 2 ripe bananas (approx. 200g without peel)
- 120g almond protein porridge natural
- 40g raw cocoa powder, fine
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 2 tbsp creamy almond or cashew butter
- 3-4 tbsp maple syrup (optional)
- 240 ml plant milk of your choice
- 1 pinch of vanilla bean powder
For the chocolate cream:
- 30g raw cocoa powder, fine
- 1 tsp choco:MAGIC (optional)
- 60g maple syrup (approx. 4 tbsp)
- 70g hot water
- 60g almond or cashew butter
Here's how it's done:
- For the brownies, peel the bananas and mash them finely with a fork.
- Then add all other ingredients and mix into a smooth dough.
- Pour the dough into a baking dish lined with baking paper and bake at 175 °C for about 30 minutes.
- For the chocolate cream, mix all ingredients until creamy, pour over the cooled brownie, and spread evenly. Cut into pieces and enjoy.
