Here's how it's done:

  1. Wash the lettuce and vegetables, peel if necessary and cut into small pieces, or finely chop the red cabbage.

  3. Mix all ingredients for the salad dressing and stir into the vegetables/salad.
  4. Mix the ingredients for the salad topping and spread over the portioned salad.
