Ingredients

  • 1.5 kg ripe tomatoes
  • 2 ML jamu:MAGIC
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 2 onions
  • 2 tablespoons organic SUNFLOWER OIL
  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 1-2 tablespoons agave syrup
  • 100 ml organic:WINE VINEGAR-HONEY


Here's how it's done:

  1. Wash the tomatoes and cut them into small cubes.
  2. Peel the garlic and onion and chop finely.
  3. Heat the oil in a pan and sauté the onion and garlic.
  4. Stir in all other ingredients except the vinegar and jamu:MAGIC and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Add the vinegar and simmer the sauce over low heat for about 30 minutes.
  6. Then stir in jamu:MAGIC and season with salt and pepper.
  7. Strain the sauce through a sieve and pour it into two clean bottles.
