Ingredients
- 3 ML choco:MAGIC (25 g)
- 1 cup pitted dates (85 g)
- 1/2 cup raisins (60 g)
- 1 cup ground or very fine-leaf oatmeal (65 g)
- 2 cups grated walnuts, almonds or hazelnuts (100 g)
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 pinch of salt
- 3 tablespoons coconut oil (25 g)
- 1 cup puffed amaranth, hazelnuts, almonds, coconut flakes, cocoa or fruit powder for rolling.
Here's how it's done:
- Soak dates and raisins in warm water for half an hour.
- Heat coconut oil until it is liquid.
- Mix the dates and raisins with a little soaking water and liquid coconut oil to form a paste.
- Mix grated nuts, oat flakes, cinnamon, salt, 25 g choco:MAGIC with the date puree to form a dough.
- Using a teaspoon, form small balls and roll in the desired topping. Enjoy!
