Ingredients for two people

  • 250 g red lentils

  • 1 onion
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 potato
  • 1 tbsp organic rapeseed oil
  • 1/2 liter of vegetable soup
  • salt & pepper

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 scoops jamu:MAGIC
  • 1 teaspoon dried mint

Here's how it's done:
