Ingredients for two people

250 g red lentils
- 1 onion
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 carrot
- 1 potato
- 1 tbsp organic rapeseed oil
- 1/2 liter of vegetable soup
- salt & pepper
Topping:
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 scoops jamu:MAGIC
- 1 teaspoon dried mint
Here's how it's done:

Rinse the lentils well.
- Peel the onion and garlic and chop finely. Peel the carrot and potato and cut into cubes.
- Heat the rapeseed oil and sauté the garlic, onion, carrot, potato and lentils.
- Add the vegetable soup and bring everything to the boil briefly. Then simmer gently over low heat for 25-30 minutes until the lentils are soft. Then Depending on your preference, mix all or part of the soup with a hand blender until creamy.
- For the topping, heat the olive oil in a small pan, stir in jamu:MAGIC and mint and serve the soup with the oil-spice topping and lemon.
