Ingredients

  • 220g chickpeas (soaked or from a jar)
  • 6 Medjool dates
  • 3 heaped tablespoons choco:MAGIC
  • 2 heaped tablespoons of cocoa nibs
  • 3 tablespoons maple syrup

Here's how it's done:

  1. Remove the pits from the dates and soak them in warm water for about 20 minutes.
  2. Melt cocoa nibs or add a few whole nibs to the blender for a crunchy effect.
  3. Mix all ingredients until smooth.
  4. Place in a sealable jar and store in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
