Ingredients

• 3 bananas
• 60 g coconut oil
• 120 g date:SUGAR
• 30 g kids-fit:CACAO
• 2 organic free-range eggs or vegan substitute
• 80 g spelt flour
• 1 tablespoon cream of tartar baking powder
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 100 g dark chocolate
• 1 pinch of salt

Here's how it's done:

1. Peel the bananas and mash them with a fork.
2. Melt coconut oil.
3. Roughly chop the chocolate.
4. Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
5. Spread into a greased baking dish (approx. 20 x 20 cm) and bake at 180° for 30-35 minutes.
