Ingredients
- 2 ML keen:MIND
- 2 cups rice or oat milk
- 1 cup of oatmeal
- 2-3 tablespoons of Manuka honey
- 1 apple
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Here's how it's done:
- Heat 1.5 cups of rice or oat milk, add finely chopped apple, cinnamon, honey and oat flakes.
- Simmer gently until a thick porridge forms.
- Mix 1/2 cup rice flour with 2 ml keen:MIND and fold in.
- Garnish with apple pieces and enjoy.
