Simple apple pie

Tastes wonderfully juicy and delicious. The natural sweetness in the fiber network ensures a wonderful aroma and represents a delicious change to conventional sweeteners.

Ingredients

  • 5-6 apples
  • 120 g spelt flour
  • 50 g oat flour or ground oat flakes
  • 80 g date:SUGAR
  • 1/2 package of cream of tartar baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 100 g almond flakes
  • 80 g organic butter or vegan alternative

Here's how it's done:

  1. Wash, peel and coarsely grate the apples.
  2. Mix spelt and oat flour with date:SUGAR, baking powder, cinnamon and 70 g almond flakes.
  3. Melt butter.
  4. Add everything to the grated apples and mix into a dough.
  5. Spread into a small baking dish, sprinkle with the remaining almond flakes and bake at 180° for approx. 40-45 minutes.
