Ingredients

  • 1 small to medium-sized Chinese cabbage
  • 1 orange
  • 100 ml cream or vegan alternative
  • 1 teaspoon curry
  • 2 ML jamu:MAGIC
  • 3 tablespoons organic apple balsamic vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup
  • A pinch of salt

Here's how it's done:

  1. Remove the outer Chinese cabbage leaves and cut off the bottom end about 2 cm thick.
  2. Halve the leaves lengthwise and cut into thin strips.
  3. Squeeze half of the orange and peel the other half and cut it into small pieces.
  4. Mix the orange juice, cream, honey, apple balsamic vinegar, curry and jamu:MAGIC and season with a little salt.
  5. Pour the dressing over the Chinese cabbage and mix well.

Tip: Stir in a few chopped walnuts if desired.
